Nice. Any inspiration?

I sketch, but I've had no urge for ages. I think it's the lack of stimuli. Got the server up and running again though which is cool. Much nicer set-up as well. I feels accomplished ;)

The bows and the corset you wore? I saw the similarity there. Nice piece.

I like steampunk for the creativity and use of brass. I'm very creative but all arty-farty types need inspiration. Clockwork has always been lovely and now I've got the IT down I'm feeling the urge to build clocks. Add to that the Junker/ Wasted West stuff from Deadlands and yeah. A decent western with werewolves just rocks. It appeals to my industrial side as well as the Dune fan in me. The mirk and tech factor, with real basic stuff right up to cutting edge. I've gamed too much I think ;)

With the clocks we're talking actual real ones. It'll take donkeys to learn ( as in years, it's a real art ) but I do appear to have the time at the minute ;)

Beautiful. And I like the addition of color. Very tempting indeed...

Lovely.

Especially the subtle sepia toning. There's colour, yet it doesn't draw away from the composition. Gorgeous piece.

Yay she arts!

Really nice composition and funky outfits, loving the muted colours.
(I'm guessing the hidden hands are severed!) ;)

I had a friend at school who was also a fantastic artist who could draw anything, but hands eluded him too!

Actually I really like the way you turn it into a plus in your art. Limbs that just stop are really quite arresting! :)

On a vaguely related note, have you ever read [info]ursulav's lj? She's just the most fantastic artist, (http://www.metalandmagic.com/) and even though she has this self confessed 'problem with cute' her stuff just rocks! And she also has this uncanny knack of writing the most entertaining blog! :) Well worth checking out if you have the time. *fanboy mode off!* ;)
