i really like it, it gives a harsher touch (if I may say so) and I love this technique anyway :-) like the work of gustave doré

While I enjoy your color washes this is more MY kinda art style. I love pen and ink! The exacting detail and the little touches like the bit coming from the left hand is delicious.

You do mouths so well, they add a lot to the emotion of the piece. Would be fun to one day sees these as characters for a graphic novel.

Same here, even as I push into digital I know I'll never give up the old ways since I enjoy the look and feel of ink...heck I even like seeing the dozens of pens on my art table strewn about.
